We use same ingredients at our farm when we make to-go strawberry jam for gift. It is not so simple, but some important tips lead you master of strawberry jam! Why don't you try?
 Most imprtant thing to make good jam is "Adjustment of heat" and "deep pot".
1. Please prepare the deep pot as high as you can for cooking strawberry jam. The hight should be more than 3 times of all ingredients. If the pot is not so high, the bubble from ingredients go outside of the pot easily.
2. Cook the strawberry jam at high heat from beginning to the end. This process makes the strawberry jam really read. Longer cooking makes bad color.
 Recipe of our farm
1. 3kg of strawberry (measurement after washing and taking out the hull)
2. 1kg of sugar (we use less sugar for making strawberry jam, because our strawberry contain enough sugar in them. If you buy strawberry from suparmarket or use sour strawberries, please increase sugar to 1.5kg)
3. fresh lemon juice of 2 -3 lemons (it is natural preservation)

Note: please calculate correctly, if you use less strawberry for the ingredients.
 How to make a strawberry jam.
Prepare ingredients. Please follow above. Wash strawberry with clean water quickly. and take out the hulls from the strawberry. If you want to use this for present, take out the core part of the berries. The core part is little hard than outer soft body.
Put the all ingredients in a deep pod and put high heat. Stir the ingredients with wooden paddle as much as you can. No water added!! After 5 minutes, the water comes out from the strawberry itself. The smell of strawberries fullfills your kitchen. Please don't drop your drools. hahaha
After 10 minutes, small bubbles comes from the ingredients, and still keep heating. If the bubble comes out too much from it, weaken the heat little bit. After 15 minutes, please keep stiring till thickened. Jam fluid is going to be like the picture. The best timing when stop the heat is the fluid stay on the paddle. Soon after the timing add lemon juice and heat little more.
If you drop the fluid in glass of water, the lamp of jam does not spread in the water. It is ready to finish. Remove the scum on the top of strawberry jam with sauce ladle.
Jam bottle is the best way to put in, but bottle should be done the boiling disinfection beforehand. Consume the jam as soon as you can. There is no gurantee until the jam gets bad.
